Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to deliver top-quality products with every order. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we offer a simple exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • Only exchanges for the same product/model are allowed.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is required as proof to process the exchange.

  • One-time free replacement is applicable per order.

  • All exchange requests will be reviewed and approved by our support team.

If your exchange request is approved, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of returning the product. To begin the process, please submit clear images of the product, its packaging, and all included materials such as tags or booklets.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange. Our support team will keep you updated throughout the procedure via your preferred communication method to ensure a hassle-free experience.
